HANDMADE CUSTOM STRAIGHT RAZORS, KITCHEN KNIVES & OTHER CUTLERY
RETURN POLICY
Returns for all custom straight razors and knives are gladly accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
1. You have 7 days to personally inspect the item on arrival. This should provide sufficient time to determine that it will be adequate to your needs.
2. If you decide to return after this inspection period you must notify me before shipping of your intent to return. It is strongly recommended that you insure the item before shipping. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping there is nothing I can do. You are personably responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item returned is deemed defective or is a result of my own error (i.e shipping the wrong item), in which case I will refund the shipping back.
3. The item must be returned in unused unaltered condition. Any use or altering of the knife/razor will not be accepted back.
4. Upon receipt I will issue a refund of the item for full purchase price less shipping within 3 days of receipt.

SHIPPING
1. Shipping will be paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase and is calculated based on size and/or weight of the items shipped. I generally use USPS for mailing both domestic and international shipments. If you would like a shipping quote for a different/preferred shipping vendor please contact me before purchase so that I can send a revised invoice. Shipping charges include handling and insurance.
2. If an item is damaged during shipping please contact me immediately on the delivery date. Please include photos of the damaged knife/razor and shoot me an email.
3. International Customers: International packages will be shipped with the customs form containing actual selling price values and marked as merchandise. Please do not ask me to fill out customs forms dishonestly as a gift or for a lesser value. As an international customer you are responsible for any VAT or customs charges associated with purchasing any item. As I ship and insure these razors and knives for the actual value, please calculate how much duty you will pay on the receiving end. These customs charges are not included in the shipping amount and are your responsibility.
